I initially started out with wanting to see what my 2023 Tahoe RST was worth, and I wasn't sure if I was going to trade in or not, but then I received a call from Dylan. I told him what I was interested in which was another RST trim level. The payment ended up being a lot more than what I wanted, and I said I will keep my 23 RST, but me going back and forth with myself I went back to the site again and decided to look at a lower trim level which was the 2026 Tahoe LT which is a significant upgrade over the 23 RST. I spoke with Dylan again, and ended up going into the dealership to get my 23 RST appraised. The payment for the 26 LT was still more than what I wanted, but Dylan and team worked with me and finally got to a payment that I know I could do even though it was a little bit over our budget, but I felt that it was worth it. I had to run it by the boss first (The Wife). She told me it is still too much and still outside of our budget. I sadly turned it down knowing this. This happened on a Saturday and Dylan texted later that day and said if anything changes or if we can help in any other way just let him know. On Sunday, I sweet talked the wife the entire day lol and got her on board. I still had the text message from Dylan and I replied to it around 10pm and said if the deal stands let's move forward. Not expecting him to reply, he did and said deal still stands, come in tomorrow and let's start the process. Lo and behold the next day I had my 26 Tahoe by 6pm. Dylan actually drove out to their sister store in South Carolina, picked up the Tahoe and drove it back. He kept me in the loop on his ETA. Sent a picture, which I greatly appreciate. Dylan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was genuine, cared about what I wanted as the customer, personable, not pushy at all, and overall easy to work with. I also appreciate Taylor who was the Finance Manager. He was also easy to work with, easy to talk to. He was not pushy when finalizing the deal, because he knew what my budget was, and I truly appreciate that more than anything. I wish more places were like this. If I end up buying another car there. I am asking for Dylan and Taylor to close out my deal. No disrespect to anyone else there. However, to speak to the dealership overall. Everyone was great. Everyone spoke to me even though I was not their direct customer. I love that and I would highly recommend this dealership.
