The GM Supplier Discount is a manufacturer-sponsored program that gives eligible employees of GM supplier companies access to GM Employee Pricing, the same pricing General Motors extends to its own employees. For the 34th Supplier of the Year promotion, that offer is active June 2 through July 6, 2026.

Eligible participants can apply the discount toward the purchase or lease of an eligible new gas-powered or electric Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac vehicle. The program is combinable with most current GM offers, which means the savings can go further than the base discount alone. Each eligible participant can also sponsor their spouse to take advantage of the same pricing.

Who’s Eligible for the GM Supplier Discount?

You are eligible if you are an active hourly or salaried employee (full-time or part-time) of an eligible GM supplier company or GM business associate currently residing in the United States. Sponsored spouses are also eligible under the program.

Contract employees are not eligible for the GM Supplier Discount.

Your employer must appear on the 34th Supplier of the Year eligible company list below. If your company is listed, you qualify to register and receive an authorization number.

How to Redeem Your GM Supplier Discount at Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet

Here is exactly what to do:

1. Register or sign in at gmsupplierdiscount.com. You can find your company code under “Company Eligibility” on the About page of the GM Supplier website, or reference the table on this page.
2. In the Programs menu, locate the correct program for your vehicle type:
   • Gas-powered vehicles: “34th Supplier of the Year – GM Employee Discount Pricing – for non EVs”
   • Electric vehicles: “34th Supplier of the Year – GM Employee EV Allowance – for EVs”
3. Select “Get Authorization Number” and follow the prompts.
4. Head to Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet at 5101 E. Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28212. Prior to or at the time of vehicle delivery, provide the following:
   • Your authorization number
   • Your company code
   • Your employee ID badge or a copy of your current paystub (paystub must be dated within the last 30 days, with earnings information redacted)
