The information I shared when I booked the appointment was apparently not entered and when I arrived the service person didn't know what was needed. I bought the vehicle on Dec 30th, took possession of it on Jan 2 and found out at this appointment that the vehicle needed a new starter... pretty disappointing for a vehicle that was "certified". It also was not detailed when it was delivered to me and was supposed to be cleaned at this visit but after waiting 2 hours for the new starter to be installed they said it would be 2 hours more for the cleaning. So I had to remove trash from the power outlets and remove rental stickers from the windows and attempt to clean it myself. The service person was extremely nice and communicative throughout the process. I appreciate his kindness and help. However, the purchase experience and time spent for the subsequent repair required have been miserable.
