I was very disappointed that I had purchased an extended overage policy by trusting the explanation of the sales person (Allen F, in think??) instead of taking time to read its inclusions and exclusions. Another lesson learned! I felt very misled but accept some of the responsibility for buying the coverage without being totally clear with all of the details.
