Salespeople of the Year!

City Chevrolet's Salespeople of the Year for 2007!

Congratulations to the top 3 salespeople at City Chevrolet for achieving one of, if not the greatest honor at our dealership for a salesperson. From left to right, James Potter (New Car Sales), Dan Franklin (Commercial Sales), and Phil Goodin (Pre-Owned Sales) are the 2007 recipients.

James Potter just celebrated his 8th anniversary with City Chevrolet, and has earned himself a position in the Internet Sales Department, where he primarily assists customers who have been shopping for a vehicle via the Internet. While James is certified to sell all vehicles, his primary focus is commercial and new vehicle sales. James is known as the dealership's "guru" when it comes to knowledge of vehicles. When you meet James, his positive attitude and vast product knowledge will make you a customer for life.

Dan Franklin started in our Commercial Department about 5 years ago. Dan's dedication has earned him the title of "Pinnacle Domestic Salesperson of the Year" for the entire Hendrick Automotive Group for 2007. He will be honored at the company trip in Orlando, Florida in March, 2008. Dan's motto is "24 / 7 / 365," meaning that he markets himself as being available to his customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When you meet Dan, you'll see how his commitment to his customers and to his employer, has earned him that title.

Phil Goodin will be celebrating his 2 year anniversary with City Chevrolet in March. While still relatively new to the dealership, he is well-seasoned to the business and has what it takes to keep his customers happy. His customers continually return and ask for him by name, which is evident in his 100% customer satisfaction score. When you meet Phil, it will be as apparent to you as it is to us, that he has a long career ahead of him with City Chevrolet.

Meet the Presidents...

Congraulations to City Chevrolet's All-Star sales people for making the Presidents Club! From left, Dan Franklin of the Commercial Department received the Pinnacle award(#1 domestic retail sales) for the whole Hendrick Automotive Group. James Potter(New Car Sales), Andy Snyder(New Car Sales), Phil Goodin(Pre-Owned Sales) received the award for top dealership sales. All will receive a President's Club plaque, ring or diamond addition, customized business cards, and recognition at the company banquet, this year held in Orlando, Florida.
