Team Hendrick Leads NASCAR Banking 500

Hendrick Motorsports starts on the front row for the NASCAR Banking 500 at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC on Saturday, October 17, 2009. Great job to the entire gang of Team Hendrick, as they have 4 Hendrick drivers out of the top 10. Jimmie Johnson, driver of the #48 Lowe's Chevrolet placed first during pole night and will be #1 on the line on Saturday night. His teammate, Mark Martin, driver of the #5 Pop-Tarts/Carquest Chevrolet, will literally be his right-hand man, starting second. Two other Hendrick Motorsports teammates, Brad Keselowski, driver of the #25 Go Daddy.com Chevrolet, and Jeff Gordon, driver of the #24 Dupont/Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Chevrolet, will begin the race in 9th and 10th, respectively.
