Do you ever find yourself on a website just looking around, searching for what you originally went on the website for, but after a lot of searching, you forget what you went to the site looking for? Well, here at http://www.citychevrolet.com/, our goal is simple...we do not want to distract you from what originally brought you here. Whether it's that you're in the market for a new vehicle, you need to get your current vehicle serviced, you want to add a part or accessory to your car or SUV, or in the unfortunate event of an accident, you need body work. City Chevrolet's website can help! It is my job to steer you in the right direction! In August, 2009, you will see a brand new look to http://www.citychevrolet.com/! Just a new design, but with all the same information to help you with your automobile needs. We have found that the most popular parts to our website are 1) Pre-Owned Inventory 2) New Car Inventory and 3) Online Specials. However, sometimes when you go to a website in search of a particular item, you may not even take the time to see what else is available to you. Let me give you a summary as to what is available to you: 1) You have many ways to search for exactly what you're looking for! You can use the menu bar across the top and make your search from one of the department headings, including New, Pre-Owned, Fleet/Commercial, Service, Parts, Finance, and Collision Center. There are also separate tabs for Online Specials and an About Us section. OR, you can use the icons/tabs on the homepage if you are a "clicker" instead of using the dropdown menus. 2) To make it easy for you, we have our Inventory broken out into 3 sections: Pre-Owned (Used), New, and Commercial/Fleet. We have access to over 1000 pre-owned vehicles in our netword of Hendrick stores, which include most makes and models. We have hundreds of New and Commercial vehicles to suit your needs and desires. New vehicles include what you would typically think of when looking for a vehicle for you or your family...cars, trucks, and SUVS. Under the Commercial vehicles heading, we typically include Larger Trucks, such as Silverado 2500 and 3500s; Work Vans such as Cargo and Cutaways; Express Vans that hold up to 15 passengers; and also Silverado 1500s, Colorados, and HHRs that are typically used more for work or may have more of a "work" feel to them. 3) We have a separate section for Online Specials, both under the dropdown menu and a tab right there on our homepage. ALWAYS check this area out. Simply PRINT the coupon and bring it in to our dealership.
4) After you print out your Service, Parts & Accessory, or Collision Center coupon, head to one of those pages and BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE! It's that simple! You don't even have to pick up the phone...unless you prefer it that way, then the number to call is 1-866-409-3466. One of our friendly advisors will make your appointment for you. JD Power 2008 SSI Survey Results Show GM Dealers Outperformed The Industry Average

JD Power released their 2008 Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) survey results on Wednesday, November 19, and the results were outstanding. All 8 GM Brands outperformed the industry average! According to JD Power, "GM has some of the best dealers in the industry." Up five points from last year, this year's industry average was at 857. But what does it take to have completely satisfied customers? Surely it doesn't begin when customers drive over the curb. You have to begin taking care of your customers the moment they open the door to your dealership, go to your website, or pick up the phone to call you. The combined internal efforts of General Motors, along with the GM dealerships' commitment to exceed customers' expectations, contributes to the 8 GM Brands making the cut. Kudos for Bruce!

"I recently had an accident to avoid hitting a pedestrian. Having worked with City Chevrolet's Collision Center in the past, I drove my car immediately to City after the accient. I was met outside by Bruce Nalewajk as soon as I drove onto the lot. I worked with Bruce on repairs to my car from a previous accident. Throughout the entire experience, Bruce kept me up-to-date on the status of the repairs. When I received my car back from the body shop, they had not had time to properly clean the car. Bruce asked me to bring the car back in the following Wednesday and made sure that the car was cleaned appropriately. This demonstrates nothing short of superb customer service, which, as you know, is so severely lacking in so many businesses today. I wouldn't trust my BMW to anyone else! I have and will continue to recommend Bruce and the City Collision Center team to all of my friends when the need arises to have repairs done to their vehicles. Keep up the good work!" Kelly

Pilot to Copilot...

THE NEW CHEVY MALIBU TAKES FLIGHT!
While US Airways' headquarters is located in Charlotte, NC, what I saw during my recent flight to Buffalo was pleasantly unexpected. As the US Airways' flight attendant was coming around with beverages, I flipped down my tray, much to my surprise, to find a Chevy Malibu advertisement right in front of me! While I knew that the Chevy Malibu has surely made its impact on the road, little did I know the impact that it has made in the air! I felt a little strange as I reached over to put down the tray to my right to check and see if mine was a fluke. Sure enough, there was a 2nd ad for the Malibu coupled with OnStar. Everywhere I looked I saw traytables with full-size advertisements. I know the neighboring passengers looked at me sheepishly as I pulled out my camera to snap a shot, but I didn't care.
The slogan reads: "You relax. We navigate. Kind of like what you're doing now." It goes on to say "OnStar Turn-by-Turn Navigation. Standard for one year on Chevy Malibu. Not on Camry or Accord." Open your garage, your new 2008 Chevy Malibu is cleared for landing!
