Prelude to the Dream Race--September 9, 2009

After much anticipation, the "Prelude to the Dream" race will take place on Wednesday, September 9, 2009. What to look forward to? Hendrick Motorsports driver, Jimmie Johnson, will be driving this #48 HendrickCars.com car at the Eldora Speedway in Ohio. The race will be televised on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 7:00PM ET on HBO, and expected to haver over 600,000 HBO pay-per-view watchers.

At the "Prelude to the Dream" race, you will get to see 11 NASCAR Sprint series drivers, including Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon. HendrickCars.com is the sponsor of Jimmie Johnson's #48 car. Four military charities will benefit from the HBO proceeds: Wounded Warrior Project, Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, Operation Homefront, and Fisher House.
