MATTHEWS ALIVE 2009!!
It's that time again!! MATTHEWS ALIVE! 2009 is on its way this Labor Day weekend, September 4th-7th, 2009 in Historic Downtown Matthews at Stumptown Park & Matthews Community Center, 120 S. Trade Street, Matthews, NC 28105. MATTHEWS ALIVE! is the Southeast's largest labor day festival and parade. The primary mission of MATTHEWS ALIVE! is to hold a four day family oriented festival, which is run by volunteers, and give our local non-profit organizations the chance to raise money. On Friday, September 4th, the headliner is "Chairmen of the Board." The weekend includes a family fun carnival, live entertainment, arts & crafts, plenty of food vendors, a kid connection area, and plenty more surprises!
