Collision Center Service Advisor Receives Kudos!

Below is a letter written on June 3, 2009 about Collision Center Service Advisor, Jeff Laica: I recently had my car (2003 Hyundai Santa Fe) repaired at City Chevrolet due to a car accident and Mr. Laica was my collision specialist. I would like to say how satisfied I was with his service and professionalism. I was well pleased with the entire process from the time I dropped my car off until I picked it up, and might I add it was ready one day prior of its original tentative date of completion. I also would like to thank Mr. Laica for allowing me to "return" back to the shop for a repair on my side view mirror that was not stated in my original repair write-up. He handled this with a smile, ordered the mirror, called me to bring my car in anytime to install the mirror and when I did he had the repair shop workers to put it on ASAP! Again I just wanted to say thanks for the entire "One Stop" process coordinated for me through my insurance company Geico. It was an easy, no hassle process in my busy lifestyle. Kudos for Bruce!

"I recently had an accident to avoid hitting a pedestrian. Having worked with City Chevrolet's Collision Center in the past, I drove my car immediately to City after the accient. I was met outside by Bruce Nalewajk as soon as I drove onto the lot. I worked with Bruce on repairs to my car from a previous accident. Throughout the entire experience, Bruce kept me up-to-date on the status of the repairs. When I received my car back from the body shop, they had not had time to properly clean the car. Bruce asked me to bring the car back in the following Wednesday and made sure that the car was cleaned appropriately. This demonstrates nothing short of superb customer service, which, as you know, is so severely lacking in so many businesses today. I wouldn't trust my BMW to anyone else! I have and will continue to recommend Bruce and the City Collision Center team to all of my friends when the need arises to have repairs done to their vehicles. Keep up the good work!" Kelly
