Andy Snyder was another contact before putting in my deposit on the new car. He took extra steps in ensure I fully understood how a special factory order would work. Andy kept me informed on when the order was picked up by GM, the week the car was scheduled to be built, when the build was complete and ready for shipping and finally, when the car arrived for pick up. As an extra measure, he pulled in Todd Moyer to cover future accessory options for me.
