We’re the CDC and Internet Department!
 
We’re the friendly voices who get you the sales assistance you require and the information you desire. Our department manages your phone and Internet inquiries, schedules and follows-up appointments, and ensures complete satisfaction by contacting you after you purchase a new vehicle.

Heather Drayton is the Assistant CDC, Internet, and Customer Service Director. Heather is the liaison between the customer and the salesperson, working hard to make sure our customers are happy every step of the way. Melissa Holt is the Internet Sales Manager. Melissa administers the Internet inquiries and works with the salespeople to guarantee proper follow-up. She is also heavily involved in designing sales training presentations. As the Assistant CDC and Customer Service Manager, Julie McCracken oversees phone inquiries and appointments, and maintains diligent contact with customers throughout the purchase experience.

Similar to our Sales CDC Department, Service has its own BDC Department, which stands for Business Development Center. Pat Germann is the Service BDC Manager. She assists the Service Department by setting and confirming phone and Internet appointments, contacting customers when their parts arrive, and following-up with customers after their service appointment to ensure their complete satisfaction. The Service BDC is an integral part of the Service Department here at City.
 
As the Director of the CDC and Internet Department, Joe Edwards enjoys meeting customers when they visit our dealership to ensure a world-class experience. Joe conducts weekly training sessions with our salespeople to maintain the high level of performance, as expected by City Chevrolet and the Hendrick Automotive Group.
